"Help is on the Way!"
The Mobile Maintenance team is compreised of six (6) maintenance staff members. Their goal is to complete as many work orders as possible at each of their visits which are pre-scheduled. A schedule of the visits can be viewed here.
The following four (4) points are aimed at making the Mobile Maintenance (MM) services program serve your site needs in the best possible way:
1. All work orders are to be reviewed at the site level and approved by site administration no later than TWO days prior to the Mobile Maintenance Team visit.
2. The day of the Mobile Maintenance team visit is NOT the day to identify NEW work orders that should be recorded into the SPMMS system (except for urgent issues that arise).
3. The site administration and head custodian are expected to meet with the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor prior to the date of the MM site visit at a planned maintenance meeting.
4. The site administration and head custodian are to PRIORITIZE the work orders to be reviewed with the MM Supervisor during the planned maintenance meeting.
