Parent-Teacher Club (PTC)

The Parent-Teacher Club aims to support the students at Burbank Elementary. The PTC runs fundraisers to support field trips, awards/incentives, and equipment for our stie. Fundraisers include; Halloween Carnival, See's Candies Fundraiser, Santa's Shop, and Walking on the Green. The aforementioned fundraisers rely heavily on parent volunteers - WE NEED YOUR HELP! The Parent-Teacher Club has two meetings each month - board (principal, president, vice-president, and treasurer) and general meeting.

School Site Council (SSC)

The School Site Council (SSC) is a governing body comprised of parents, teachers, community members and site administration. The main function of the SSC is to maintain the site plan - the blueprint for our instructional program. Also, the SSC assumes the role of the School Advisory Committe (SAC) which takes site concerns/feedback to the District Advisory Committee (DAC). Also, the English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) provides feedback to the SSC in regards to the site's English Learner program.

English Learner Advisory Commitee (ELAC)

The English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) is comprised of parents, teachers, community members and site administration. ELAC ensures the English Learner program at our site meets the diverse needs of the students. ELAC provides feedback to the School Site Council (SSC).
