The third week of May is Classified School Employee Week at Merced City School District. May 18-22 is Classified Staff Appreciation Week. Each member of the Classified Staff plays a vital role in our students’ educational experience. They drive our students to and from school, prepare their nutritious breakfasts and lunches, maintain our facilities, fleet, provide top tier technology and support, keep us stocked up on supplies, manage offices, and handle finances. Classified Staff are essential to student success.
